A day in my life during Pandemic!

By now I got so used to this pandemic life that i have settled down with a new routine with the new concept of work from home being normal..

I start my day with ginger tea and scroll on social media at same time and following some news channel. It helps in getting some news while facebooking!! Two in one task done!

Next I move to my yoga mat.. 10 minutes meditation, 20 mins yoga and depending on my mood I will do 20 minutes workout ( if not done morning, i will do in evening). Being at home is having the luxury of having proper healthy home cooked meal.. Breakfast done!!

This pandemic has affected the economy and some companies that work time has been reduced to 2-3 hours per day.. I wrap up my task by noon.. Once done, i start preparing lunch and dinner ( i don't like to cook twice in a day!!) .. That is where i put on the healthchef cap and have some food photography (check our food blog) as well..

Siesta has been a thing after every meal.. Around 15pm I will either see if i have to do laundry or clean my kitchen counter and check out my plants.. If not, i will do some addition courses certification or watch some YouTube videos till it is tea time followed by some whatssap call with homies..

If weather is fine, will step outside for some fresh air and if not lazy then jogging and stop in between for nature photography ( check our insta page).

I am lucky enough to have close friends on the other side of the globe so i catch up virtually with them at dinner time.. Because it's boring to have dinner alone!! If not i will have dinner while watching mostly a food related documentary!

I end the day making plan for tomorrow and if it is not too late i will watching a nice humorous movie!

Change is a matter of dedication and this time adapting to new life was not a choice..we just need to adjust ourseld to the circumstances and things will unfold b itself :)
